Dreaming About: Breaking NextGen Ministry: Designing ministries that matter to Generation Z
Generation Z is changing the world, literally. From the marketplace to the church, everything is being disrupted by an emerging generation that looks at ministry in ways that many leaders struggle to comprehend. It’s a disruption to the way we minister to people, to the way we preach and a disruption to the way we structure our services. Too often, we as leaders try to put new generations into old paradigms and too often we see them walk away because it doesn’t relate to them. This dream session is designed to teach you how to break your ministry down into pieces, ask yourself why it was put together that way in the first place, and then redesign your ministry in a way that matters to the next generation.
Dreaming About: A worship journey into the prophetic
In this session, we will journey together through a creative and multifaceted discussion of what our worship could do to help usher in the prophetic. How can creatives and creative teams come together to make a place for the Church to experience the power and rawness of the presence of God like they haven’t before?
